Note - Most verbs with an irregular first person (oigo, pongo, conozco, construyo) have the same irrugalrity in the negative familiar, positive polite and negative familiar.

Relexive Verb Commands
Structure The pronoun (me, te, se, etc.) is placed: A - After and joined to the verb in positive commands B - Before and separate to the verb in negative commands lávate - Wash yourself (familiar) lávese - Wash yourself (polite) no te laves - Don't wash yourself (familiar) no se lave - Don't wash yourself (polite) Structure with lo, la, los, las These are added in the same way:
lávatelas - Wash them (your hands) cómelo - Eat it no lo comas - Don't eat it no lo comáis - Don't eat it (to more than 1 person)
